Board Committees & Representation

In addition to Regular Board Meetings, the Board and Senior Administration support the work of the Division through Board Committees and Board Representation.

Board Committees are established by the Board to focus on bringing information and recommendations back to the Board for consideration.

Board Representation involves Trustees serving on external committees and organizations on behalf of the Board. Representatives share the Board’s perspective and bring relevant information back to the Board.
