Regular Board Meetings & Agendas

Regular Board Meetings provide an opportunity for the Board of Trustees to make decisions on matters that shape the direction of the Division, including the Strategic Plan, Annual Work Plan, finances, property, educational focus programs, Catholic education, the Three-Year Education Plan, and the Annual Education Results Report.

Meetings begin at 1:00 p.m. with an in-camera session, followed by a public meeting at 1:30 p.m.

Board minutes serve as the official record of business conducted at Board of Trustees meetings. Dates for Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools Board of Trustees meetings will be posted following approval at the annual Organizational Meeting.

Minutes are published following their approval at the subsequent Board meeting.

Delegations

In accordance with Policy 7, and in keeping with the Board’s commitment to public input, the Board will consider requests from stakeholders to make presentations on matters within its mandate and responsibilities.

Requests for presentations must be submitted at least ten (10) business days before the scheduled meeting.
